“Grow in the South Fund” (Fondo Cresci al Sud)
INVITALIA, with the resources of the Fund, makes direct investments in the following financial instruments:
The co-payment of the transactions is indicatively within a range of 1 and 10 million euros, it being understood that the amount of each investment will not exceed 15% of the fund’s budget.
INVITALIA operates by investing the fund’s financial resources together and at the same time with independent private investors who contribute at least 50% of the planned resources to the investment.
The duration of direct investments is approximately 5 years, also in order to allow the achievement of the objectives set out in the shared development plan.

The two Agencies will cooperate on investment promotion in their respective countries
The MIMIT decree of 23 January 2025 provides subsidies for the development and market introduction of operational products, solutions or applications
