The Memorandum was signed by Bernardo Mattarella, CEO of Invitalia, and Omar Rekkache, Director General of AAPI.
The aim is to foster cooperation between the two Agencies in the areas of investment promotion and partnership support.
Invitalia and AAPI will work together to facilitate the identification of investment projects, assist and support economic operators interested in investing in the partner country and promote the development of new joint projects in both countries.
Cooperation is also planned in the joint organisation of meetings, seminars, company visits and trade missions to promote investment and partnership opportunities in Algeria and Italy.
The Memorandum of Understanding also provides for the possible exchange of relevant information on new initiatives, with the aim of facilitating the participation of their companies in each other's markets.
