“Grow in the South Fund” (Fondo Cresci al Sud)
The Grow in the South Fund acquires mainly minority equity investments in the risk capital of Small and Medium-sized Companies with registered office and operations in the 8 regions of Southern Italy: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Apulia, Sardinia and Sicily.
Il Fondo interviene a sostegno della crescita dimensionale e della competitività, anche attraverso processi di acquisizione ed aggregazione.
The Fund intervenes to support growth in size and competitiveness, also through acquisition and aggregation processes.
The co-payment of investment transactions is indicatively within a range of 1 and 10 million euros, it being understood that the amount of each investment will not exceed 15% of the fund’s budget.
