Ensuring integrated Project Management services for the entire 36-month duration of the programme, including the design, construction, event management and decommissioning of the Italian pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai.
With this objective in mind, Invitalia has published the tender procedure, worth EUR 920,000, on behalf of the Section General Commissioner of Italy for Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai.
The procedure will lead to the signing of a contract for the identification of a Project Manager with consolidated international experience in the management of large events, and of additional optional professional support figures: a Logistic Manager, a Health Safety and Environment Manager and three Project Assistants.
The entrusted services concern technical and specialised activities in support of the Commissioner's structure for the management of the process of implementation, deployment, verification and monitoring of the main interventions envisaged in the framework of Italy's participation in EXPO 2025 Osaka, in compliance with all the regulatory, planning and administrative reference instruments.
Bids can be submitted until 12 June 2023.
