Who we are
Invitalia Partecipazioni S.p.A. is the shares management company of the Invitalia Group
Its mission is to manage, dispose of or liquidate shareholdings considered non-strategic, in implementation of the Reorganisation Plan prepared by Invitalia and approved by the Minister of Economic Development.
The goal is to find financial resources to invest in key sectors.
The Board of Directors of Invitalia Partecipazioni is currently (February 2021) composed of five members.
