World of apartment opens Italian office
Supported by Invitalia, Latvian leading company in the real estate and hotel business markets, World of Apartment, opened its Italian headquarters in Como, in the North of Italy.
Headed by Olesya Prokofjeva, Country Manager Italy, the Italian office will provide customers with a wide spectrum and classes of apartments, starting from the standard fully-furnished apartments to exclusively designed apartments to accommodate a variety of client with preferences for both long and short term leases.
Founded 7 years ago in Latvia, it quickly rolled out throughout Eastern and Western Europe, opening offices in Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, Russia and Lithuania.
“We decided to open an Italian branch - Olesya Prokofjeva said - because of the variety of opportunities offered by the market, both for tourism and leisure as well as for business. In addition to all this, the Italian real estate market is very appealing to us for future operations”.
At the end of last year the Latvian company contacted Invitalia to obtain its free of charge assistance during all the stages of the investment process.
First of all Invitalia provided the company with a set of preliminary information on the market, on the opportunities it offered and on the procedures to establish a company in Italy.
In a second stage, Invitalia directly provided the company with its legal support up to the setting-up stage.
