Stewart Title Ltd., the underwriter for UK, European, Australian and New Zealand transactions for Stewart Information Services Corp, announces the opening of its office in Milan, and the appointment of Caterina Tosello as country and regional market director. Ms. Tosello will be responsible for developing and maintaining Stewart Title’s business in Italy.

Lessack, chief executive officer, Stewart Title Ltd. “By establishing a local presence in Italy, Stewart will be able to fully support the growing demand for our various products in this market.”
Ms. Tosello joins Stewart Title with more than eight years of experience as an associate at law firms in Italy handling commercial real estate transactions, including cross-border transactions that represented a diversity of industries. Ms. Tosello graduated from the Law School of Ferrara University, was admitted to the Italian bar in 2004 and earned her Ph.D. in law from Pisa University in 2005.
