The building being developed for Italia Logistica is immediately adjacent to an existing 57,000m2 unit which is currently available.
Thomas Karmann, Senior Vice President, European Operations, Gazeley commented, “We are delighted to be supporting Italia Logistica in helping its customer achieve key business objectives. The well located development will facilitate the company’s consolidation of operations in Italy and demonstrates Gazeley’s ability to deliver bespoke sustainable solutions in record time – a mere eight months from start on site to completion in this case.”
